How long does the engraving process take?
Standard production time for most personalized items is 3-5 business days. Large bulk orders for corporate events may require additional time, which will be communicated during the proofing process.
Can I see a proof before my order is engraved?
Yes, we offer digital proofs for all custom awards and high-value gifts. You will receive an email with your design for approval within 24 hours of placing your order.
What is your return policy on personalized items?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been engraved. However, if there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate events?
Absolutely. We offer tiered pricing for large orders of trophies, plaques, and corporate gifts. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote on orders exceeding 25 units.
What file formats do you accept for custom logos?
For the highest quality engraving, we prefer vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. We also accept high-resolution .JPG and .PNG files (300 DPI or higher).

Yes, we ship our awards and gifts worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
